If we learn that a customer is overloading the server to the point of causing performance issues, we will take measures immediately. Servers as you have NEVER seen in this category - HIGH end servers
Our servers are among the best in the industry. Besides large corporations that can afford the expenses of setting up their own high-end servers, there are few companies to offer cutting-edge servers like ours for VPS hosting.
What is the difference?
First, our servers do not have RAID10! The story of RAID10 being faster is only a myth. It is true that it is faster compared to a single RAID1 or RAID5, but much slower than several RAID1s. That is why we use separate RAID1s for storage on 15 000 RPM Seagate SAS HDDs. This will give you performance that no other server can give you. You may have noticed when you get a VPS from other companies in the beginning everything works fast, but in a few months, the server will begin to respond slowly and takes more time to execute simple commands. With us, your VPS server performance will be constant - the same speed now, in several months, and in a year.
In addition, our servers do not have only 8 or 16 GB of memory - they come with an amazing 64 GB of memory.
Most servers have only four cores, but our servers offer two 4-core CPUs for eight!
Other servers try to get by on only one power supply, but our servers come complete with redundant 700 watts power supplies for the most uptime!
Our servers are state of the art machines, built and tested for over a week. With no RAID10, more memory and CPU power and redundant power supplies, our servers are the best available. That is the difference.
No FREE software to properly run VPS service!
Some companies are using OpenVZ or other free virtualization software to sell VPS servers. They are in many ways much less expensive than Virtuozzo. However, we consider those free products to be primarily for home use instead of commercial and business use. The same company - Parallels, builds OpenVZ and Virtuozzo. One of them is free, and the other is not. What is the difference? The OpenVZ free software does not include any support, offers fewer features than Virtuozzo, is less automated, has more possible points of failure and last, but not least - we believe it is the test ground of Virtuozzo. You know when a company is building a commercial product, that they will test it well. Usually they give it away for free (like Windows 7 - you can download it right from microsoft.com at no cost) and in the future when the testing phase is completed - it will become commercial. However, OpenVZ is not a product that can run free for 6 months and then become commercial. OpenVZ needs updating frequently and therefore it can never end. Here is a statement from the old OpenVZ site:

It is also a proving ground for new technology that may evolve into the Parallels Virtuozzo Containers product offering.
